Indications
Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor used for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, and other acid-related gastrointestinal conditions. It may also be used as part of prescribed treatment for Helicobacter pylori infection and prevention of NSAID-associated ulcers.
